Most transaction cashback will appear in your Earnings Report within a day, however some merchants are extremely slow to report transactions. It is also possible that internet security on your computer blocked the tracking links or that the merchant tracking network had problems tracking the transaction.
If you do not have a transaction appear within 14 days please complete the Earnings Enquiry form. If the merchant has no record of your transaction we will present your information to them but the merchant decision is final.

| I have a discount code for a retailer, if I use it will
I still receive eBuyAndSave cash back?

| If you use a discount or promotional code at a merchant this shouldn't interfere with your eBuyAndSave cashback. In a limited amount of cases the use of a promotional code will void your cashback as the merchant sends the cashback to the promotional originator rather than eBuyAndSave.

| How do I earn cashback/Rebate?

| Don't worry it's pretty easy. First sign up for free as a eBuyAndSave member. Once registered, log in to the eBuyAndSave site and select a merchant by browsing the categories on the left or enter a merchant in the top right search box. Click on the link and you will be forwarded to the merchant site. Your purchases will be electronically tracked by the merchant and the information will be forwarded on to eBuyAndSave. Remember you must click through the merchant link on the eBuyAndSave site in order for your cashback to be tracked. |

| When will my transactions change
from pending? | Top |
The status will remain at pending until
(1) the merchant marks it as validated
(2) the merchant pays eBuyAndSave for the transaction. Some merchants wait until the returns or claim back period is over for the goods before validating the transaction. We expect most transactions to be either validated within a few weeks or paid within a couple of months but some may take a little longer. Please be patient - unless a merchant has a genuine reason to decline payment, you are pretty much guaranteed to receive your cash-back on pending transactions... it might just take a little while. |

You must come to the eBuyAndSave site, log in to your member account and click through the eBuyAndSave links when you want to earn cashback at a merchant. If you do not do this your cashback earnings cannot be tracked. |

| Why is a transaction marked
denied in my Earnings Report? | Top |
|
If your tracked transaction is reversed it will show as denied in your Earnings Report. This can happen for many reasons, on typical goods it could be because you returned the item to the merchant within the returns period or have failed to complete the transaction. These are all genuine reasons for a reversed transaction, also if the merchant believes a transaction was obtained fraudulently they may reverse the transaction. For genuine transactions you will probably never experience a reversal, when people try and abuse the system they may experience this quite often. |

Some internet security software, block the eBuyAndSave tracking links. You must change your settings to accept third part cookies in order to use the eBuyAndSave tracking links. eBuyAndSave will never install programs on your computer or store information about you to be shared with third parties.
