Terms of Service
This agreement outlines your obligations as a member and explains our obligations
to you. By enrolling as a eBuyAndSave member you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
1. Site Membership and Termination of Accounts
eBuyAndSave only allows one account per person.
We reserve the right to refuse membership. Further, we reserve the right to terminate
your eBuyAndSave account without notice at any time.
2. Cashback Rewards
As a eBuyAndSave member you will earn a percentage 'cashback' or cash reward from
a number of retailers as illustrated on the eBuyAndSave member's website.
We will make every effort to ensure cash back offers are correctly illustrated.
It's important to note that all transactions you make are not with us but the individual
retailer.
Your eBuyAndSave account will only be credited when the retailer confirms your transaction.
Sometimes this happens immediately, although often our retailer's process transactions
when their returns policy date has expired (this can be 30 days plus).
Should the goods be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed then the cashback payment
will not be made.
Cashback rewards can only be paid when a eBuyAndSave member has logged into our
site and accessed the retailer's site via a link from the member's area.
All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the retailer. eBuyAndSave
will make every effort to ensure that retailer's are correctly reporting cashback
sales however we cannot be held responsible should the retailers systems fail to
report back your sale. (In the rare case that this occurs we will make every effort
to negotiate the cashback reward from the retailer on your behalf; however the retailer's
decision is final).
3. Payment Schedule
Cashback payments will be issued monthly, 30 days in arrears provided your account
balance exceeds £15 (After which payments are made on a monthly basis, if the amount
exceeds £15). Accounts under this amount will be carried forward to the next month.
Should a retailer delay payment or cease trading then we will make every effort
to recover your cashback however eBuyAndSave makes no guarantees to payment until
funds have been received from the retailer or their agents.
4. Members Newsletter
All members will receive a weekly newsletter, providing updates on the latest eBuyAndSave
member’s offers and site updates. It is a condition of membership that you provide
and maintain a valid email address to receive this weekly email.
NB. As per our privacy policy your email address will not be sold or shared or rented
to a third party.
5. Dormant Accounts
In the event that your eBuyAndSave account is dormant (showing no transactions)
for a period exceeding 12 months then we reserve the right to terminate your account.
6. Modification of Agreement
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any
time and in our sole discretion by posting a revised agreement on the ebuyAndSavewebsite.
7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference
to rules governing choice of laws.
Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement
will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision
or any other provision of this Agreement.

9. Browser Plugin
The browser plugin software is provided under license on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall We, or any third party involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the software be liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, incurred by the user even if advised of such damages.
The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is borne by you. We may, at any time, revoke this license by notifying you. You may cancel your license to use the software by destroying or erasing all copies of it.
The software, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure, and organization is the exclusive property of eBuyAndSave Ltd, who shall retain all right to the title and interest in and to the software throughout the world for the full period thereof as the same may be extended or amended including in any and all modifications to and improvements thereof.
